Lawn Makeover: The Ultimate Lawn

Do you want The Ultimate Lawn?

Allow your lawn to be the best it can be - choose a GreenThumb Lawn Makeover.

A well cared for lawn will enhance the appearance of your garden and create a relaxing outdoor space for you to enjoy all year round. Your lawn truly is the centerpiece of your garden, treat it as such!

Despite best efforts, sometimes your lawn needs more than regular treatments to reach its full potential; GreenThumb Lawn Makeover is the solution.

So, what is the Lawn Makeover process?

We apply a ‘clean label’ herbicide to kill the lawn (don’t panic!). As the lawn dies over the next 7-14 days, it will turn yellow then brown and become ‘straw-like’. With our unique de-thatching reel, our machine will remove the dead grass and thatch.

The next stage is Aeration, which improves air space and soil structure to promote a good foundation for germination. We collect and remove all debris which is taken to a bio-fuel plant to be made into compost; you could also use this on your compost heap is requested.

Now, for the exciting part. Our exclusively developed ‘Diamond Green’ lawn seed is applied to your lawn. The only lawns to receive this bespoke grass seed are GreenThumb customers. This blend adapts specifically to any environment making it the best choice by far for your lawn.

We apply our 100% organic top dressing to encourage germination followed by our unique seasonal NutraGreen fertiliser which will feed your lawn over the next 10 weeks. Next is our unique Oasis water-conserver treatment which aids water retention at the root zone (this also reduces the amount of watering required from you).

At the end of your Lawn Makeover, we will make 3 follow-up visits over the next 10-12 weeks. These include germination progress, mowing advice and concludes with a bespoke, feed and weed treatment.

Now, you can sit back, relax and admire your gardens beautiful centerpiece; The Ultimate Lawn.
