The Role
As a crewman you will be responsible for a professional, high level of service, ensuring customers are kept informed of when you will be attending, what treatments you will be carrying out and when the next treatment is due. You will adhere to the service level agreement at all times.
Note:Part of the probationary period will include the compulsory attendance, and successful completion of a training course

Do you have what it takes?
As a Lawn Operative, you must have a full UK driving license which will enable to work flexibly, travelling within your allocated treatment area whilst working outside across all seasons. It is essential that you have the ability to prioritise your workload, in order to fulfil the day’s treatments and ensure customer satisfaction!
The customer service experience is an essential part of the role as you will be required to communicate with the customer throughout the treatment; from start to finish, identifying further treatment needs and more! In a nutshell, you will be providing pioneering and innovative lawn care treatments to customers, ensuring you maintain company standards throughout the process and provide excellent customer service at all times.
