Mike Grady launched The Weald branch in February 2007, growing customer numbers quickly and building up a strong team of experienced and well respected operatives. This team now numbers four, two of whom have been employed from the outset, building a wealth of knowledge and experience between them. All of our operatives genuinely enjoy their work and their friendly manner has made them very popular with customers.
The office is covered by two long serving staff members who also carry out quotes and complimentary service calls. They can help with anything from changing a treatment date to diagnosing a specific lawn condition.
Weather is one of the biggest factors affecting the condition of a lawn and, since our launch in 2007, we have experienced just about every type of it! From, drought to floods, scorching sunshine to weeks of snow, and everything in between, our team at The Weald have dealt with it all and the ensuing results. Being a mainly clay-based territory, the extremes of weather can be particularly challenging. But, whatever these challenges may be – and just a few examples have been; Red Thread, Fusarium, Dry Patch, Leatherjackets, Chafer Grubs – our team at The Weald has the resources and experience to deal with them.
One of the most gratifying facts about this business is that more than half of our new customers come from recommendations from existing customers.
