Refund Policy

We’re here to make things right
If something hasn’t gone as expected, we want to fix it. Our refund policy explains how we handle issues, but feel free to contact your local branch if you need help or reassurance.

GreenThumb will handle any requests for refunds from our customers on an individual basis. The decision process will also be determined by which payment method you have used. Requests for refunds should be made in writing to your local branch (see our website for the correspondence address). We will endeavour to settle all qualifying claims for refunds within 30 days of receipt of a written request. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
