1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this promotion is Greenthumb Limited, registered office Integra, St Asaph Business Park, St Asaph, Denbighshire, LL17 0JD, company number 03304341 (“Greenthumb” or “the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion runs from 29th May to 26th June 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). To qualify, customers must complete sign-up within the Promotion Period.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice. Customers who have already qualified before any such change will not be adversely affected.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open only to new Greenthumb customers aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
3.2 A “new customer” is a person who has not held an active Greenthumb treatment account at the relevant treatment address within the preceding 12 months.
3.3 Only one promotional offer is available per household or treatment address.
3.4 The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Greenthumb offer, voucher, discount or promotional code unless expressly stated.
3.5 Employees of Greenthumb (including franchisees, their staff and immediate family members) are not eligible.
3.6 This promotion is available at participating branches only. If a customer signs up online and their local branch is not participating in this promotion, the customer will be notified by email and standard pricing will apply. No promotional discount or credit will apply in such cases.
3.7 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, withdraw or reclaim the benefit of the promotion from any customer reasonably suspected of providing false information or otherwise abusing the terms of the promotion.
4. How to Qualify
4.1 To qualify for the promotion, the customer must, within the Promotion Period:
(a) sign up to a Greenthumb lawn treatment programme;
(b) set up and maintain an active Direct Debit mandate as the method of payment for treatments under that programme; and
(c) accept these terms and conditions as part of the sign-up process.
4.2 The “Sign-Up Date” is the date Greenthumb opens the customer’s account following completion of sign-up.
5. How the 40% Refund Works
5.1 Standard pricing applies throughout. Qualifying customers will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) price for each treatment during the Qualifying Period (as defined below). The 40% discount is applied retrospectively as a refund once the third qualifying payment has been received, as described in this section.
5.2 The “Qualifying Period” is the period of three (3) months from the Sign-Up Date.
5.3 The “Third Qualifying Payment” means the third cleared Direct Debit payment made by the customer for a standard, recurring treatment under their programme during the Qualifying Period. If a payment fails and is retried, only a successfully cleared payment counts. Payments made outside the Qualifying Period do not count toward the three payments.
5.4 Following receipt of the Third Qualifying Payment, the Promoter will calculate 40% of the total amount actually paid and cleared by the customer via Direct Debit for eligible treatments during the Qualifying Period (inclusive of any applicable VAT).
5.5 The refund will be applied within 7 working days of the Third Qualifying Payment being cleared.
5.6 If the customer has not made three eligible Direct Debit payments for standard treatments during the Qualifying Period (for example, because their programme does not schedule three treatments within that period), the refund will instead be calculated at the 3-month anniversary of the Sign-Up Date on amounts actually paid up to that date, and issued within 7 working days of that anniversary.
5.7 Only payments for the standard, recurring treatments included in the customer’s chosen programme will count towards the 40% calculation. One-off treatments, additional services, or treatments invoiced but not paid within the Qualifying Period are excluded.
5.8 If the customer has unpaid amounts on their account at the time the refund is calculated, the Promoter reserves the right to offset the credit against the outstanding balance rather than returning it to the payment method.
6. Direct Debit, Cancellations and Failed Payments
6.1 If the customer cancels their Direct Debit mandate, cancels their treatment programme, or closes their Greenthumb account at any point before the Third Qualifying Payment is cleared (or before the 3-month anniversary where clause 5.6 applies), they will lose their entitlement to the 40% refund.
6.2 If a scheduled Direct Debit payment is missed or returned unpaid and is not rectified within 30 days, the Promoter may, at its discretion, treat the customer as no longer qualifying for the promotion.
6.3 If the customer exercises their statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the promotion will not apply and no credit will be due. Statutory cancellation rights are otherwise unaffected by these terms.
7. Free Nutrabooster Treatment (Standard Programme only)
7.1 Customers who sign up to Greenthumb’s Standard Programme during the Promotion Period and otherwise meet these terms will additionally receive one complimentary Nutrabooster treatment (the “Free Nutrabooster”).
7.2 The Free Nutrabooster:
(d) is available only to customers on the Standard Programme;
(e) will be applied at the next seasonally appropriate Nutrabooster application window following sign-up, as scheduled by Greenthumb’s local branch;
(f) covers the same lawn area as the customer’s standard treatment. Additional lawn area will be chargeable at standard rates;
(g) has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
7.3 If the customer downgrades from the Standard Programme, cancels their Direct Debit, or closes their account before the Free Nutrabooster has been applied, entitlement to the Free Nutrabooster will be lost and no alternative compensation will be provided.
8. General
8.1 By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and by Greenthumb’s standard terms of service. In the event of conflict between the two, these promotional terms prevail in respect of matters specifically covered by them.
8.2 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will be published at [URL]. Customers will not be retrospectively disadvantaged by any change made after they have qualified.
8.4 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
8.5 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights the customer has under applicable consumer protection law.
8.6 Available in participating branches only. Where a customer’s branch does not participate, they will be informed by email following sign-up and standard pricing will apply.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data collected through sign-up will be processed in accordance with Greenthumb’s Privacy Notice, available at Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, save that customers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

40% Off Lawn Mowing
- 40% discount applies to a single one-off lawn mowing service visit booked by 31 May 2026, with the visit to be carried out in May or June 2026.
- Discount is applied at the point of booking. Subject to availability in your local area.
- This offer applies to a single visit only and does not apply to recurring or contracted mowing services.
- Existing customers can claim via the online fixed price page, in the promotional email. New customers, restarts and prospects should call or email their local branch to book.
40% Off NutraBoost Treatment
- 40% discount applies to a single one-off Nutraboost lawn treatment visit booked by 31 May 2026.
- For existing customers, the timing of the Nutraboost visit will depend on the status of your Treatment 2 visit. If your Treatment 2 visit has not yet taken place and does not include an Oasis treatment, your Nutraboost will be carried out between May and the end of June 2026. If your Treatment 2 visit has already taken place, or includes an Oasis treatment, your Nutraboost will be carried out in July or August 2026. In both cases, the offer must be booked by 31 May 2026 and all other terms apply.
- Discount is applied at the point of booking. Subject to availability in your local area.
- This offer applies to a single visit only and does not apply to recurring treatment programmes.
25% Off Recurring Lawn Mowing (Post First Visit)
- 25% discount applies to a recurring lawn mowing service agreement entered into following a first one-off mowing visit completed as part of the 40th birthday promotion.
- Available to customers who have completed their first one-off mowing visit under this promotion.
- Discount applies to the recurring mowing service price at the time of booking. Subject to availability.

*Promotional Pricing & Rounding
The 40% discount is applied to the standard service price at the time of booking. Where the resulting discounted price does not divide to a round figure, the price will be rounded up to the nearest penny. As a result, the actual discount applied may be marginally less than 40% (for example, 39.6%). This does not affect your statutory rights. The discounted price will always be clearly displayed at the point of booking.

3. Agreement to Terms:
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Entry Method:
· The only way to enter is by becoming a new customer in June 2025 and booking a lawn treatment within the dates outlined below.
5. Entry Limit:
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. Incomplete, misdirected, early, or late entries will not be accepted.
6. Competition Details:
- To enter, individuals must have booked a lawn treatment with GreenThumb between the dates outlined below.
- The competition will run from 01.06.2025 to 30.06.2025
- The winner will receive 12 months of lawn care treatments based on the GreenThumb Standard programme for a lawn size up to 200sqm.
7.Prize Details:

8. Prize Conditions:
- The prize is exclusively available to new GreenThumb customers only and is not open to anyone who has previously received treatment from GreenThumb.
- The prize applies only to the entrant’s home address and cannot be transferred to another person or address.
- The winner can "top-up" the treatment area if their lawn exceeds 200 sqm at their own cost.
- The prize is as stated, with no cash or other alternatives offered. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
9. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period, and verified by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.
10. Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via email or phone.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.
11. Final Decision:
- GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Governing Law:
- The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Copyright and Publicity:
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, county of residence, and entry details in publicity material
14. Data Protection:
- Personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent,
15. Intellectual Property:
- GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service does not accept responsibility for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights by entrants.
16. Cancellation/Amendment:
- GreenThumb reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
18. No Third-Party Affiliation:
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platforms.
19. Prize Value:
- Value up to £638.

3. Referee Requirements:

4. Referral Reward:

o All reward credits will expire 12 months after issue.
o Upon cancellation of your GreenThumb account, all rewards and credits will be forfeited, and the account credit balance set to zero.

5. Programme Duration: The Programme is ongoing. GreenThumb reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
6. Reward Limitations:
o Each Referrer can refer multiple Referees but can earn a maximum of £25 per Referee.
o The £25 reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. LawnLove Rewards Platform: Referrers and referred users must comply with the platform's terms of service.
8. Fraud Prevention: GreenThumb reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any Referrer or Referee who engages in fraudulent activities or violates these terms and conditions.
9. Personal Data: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

3. Promotional Period

- Bookings made outside this period will not qualify for the discount.
4. Treatment Details and Conditions

- All lawns will be assessed by GreenThumb prior to treatment to confirm suitability and determine the appropriate treatment date.
- Treatments are subject to weather and seasonal availability.
- GreenThumb reserves the right to reschedule treatments in the event of unsuitable weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, frost, or high winds).
5. Restrictions
- The 15% discount applies only to the Lawn Recovery package and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, treatment, or programme.
- The offer applies only to the property address registered to the customer’s GreenThumb account.
- No cash alternative is available.

- The promotion is managed by GreenThumb Ltd in Partnership with Propello.
