As the weather starts to warm up our treatments can give your lawn a kick start into Spring and then help maintain a lush healthy look over the summer months. We can also help control diseases that will start to appear in humid conditions such as Red Thread or provide to advice and treatments to control infestations of pests such as Leatherjackets or Chafer Grubs.
Now is a good the time to plan ahead and think about additional beneficial treatments such as “Oasis” a drought busting treatment to help keep your lawn green for longer during prolonged dry spells or “SlowMow” that reduces vertical growth of the grass plant and improves the thickness of the lawn and strength of the root structure.
And lastly…don’t forget to get your mower serviced or sharpen its blades, raise the height for your first cut in Spring and do not remove more than a third of the grass plant at one time.
