AERATION AND SCARIFICATION

the roots; while the lawn may look slightly disturbed at first, this is temporary
and leads to stronger roots and a healthier, more vibrant lawn.

Scarification mechanically removes excess thatch from your lawn. While some
thatch is natural, too much can block nutrients, encourage moss and weeds,
and impact overall lawn health. As thatch is removed, your lawn may look
thinner at first, but this is temporary and allows it to recover stronger and
thrive.
- For best results, mow your lawn short beforehand.
- Thatch will be bagged up but not removed from the property.
- Please remove all cables from your lawn to avoid damage and ensure

PEST MANAGEMENT
This treatment protects your lawn from pests by reducing grub populations
and limiting damage.
- For best results, please mow the lawn slightly shorter than usual, to
about 20mm (just under 1 inch). - After the treatment, water the lawn for about 10 minutes to help bring
any grubs to the surface. - We recommend staying off the lawn for about an hour after
application. - Please make sure dogs are kept indoors while we treat your lawn.
Supports lawn recovery after pest damage and helps reduce further
feeding. The Bio Stimulant we apply will further benefit the grass.
- Please water the lawn for about 10-15 minutes the day after the

it spreading. After approx. 2 weeks, you should see good recovery and growth
in your lawn.
- For the best results, please avoid mowing your lawn for at least three
days after the treatment. - To give the treatment time to settle in, keep pets (cats and dogs) off the
lawn for about 2 hours. Grazing pets like rabbits should stay off the lawn
for around 2 weeks.
Your lawn is showing signs of Red Thread. This disease can weaken your grass
and hinder its growth. This treatment will address the problem, ensuring your
lawn remains healthy. After approx. 1 week, you should see good recovery and
growth.
