Recommend a Friend Promotion

  1. The promoter is: GreenThumb Ltd (company no. 3304341) whose registered office is at Integra, St. Asaph Business Park, St. Asaph, LL17 0JD.
  2. The promotion runs from 1st January 2018 – 1st December 2023.
  3. The rules of the promotion and rewards:

    Recommender: To qualify for this offer the recommender must

    • Be 18 years or over and be a live customer of Greenthumb.
    • Check that your friend is happy to be recommended.
    • Enter your full address and customer reference number (Example: 0182-48387 – Please don’t miss out the four digits prior to your customer number. This customer number can be found on the top of your invoice.) on either the online form on our website or on one of our literature forms.
    • Choose either a £20 GreenThumb credit or a £20 M&S voucher

    Recommended Friend: To qualify for this offer, the recommended friend needs to follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Agree with your local representative to sign up for our service.

    Step 2: When you become a GreenThumb customer (1st treatment completed and paid for) your friend will be rewarded.

  4. This offer can't be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time.
  5. This offer is not valid if redeemed over the telephone.
  6. There’s no limit to the number of friends a recommender can recommend and each recommended friend will qualify for a payment if they meet the conditions.
  7. Multiple recommendations for the same person do not qualify for multiple rewards, i.e. you may only recommend each individual friend a single time
  8. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  9. The promotion and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  10. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
