My.GreenThumb shows tailored information, such as upcoming treatment information, treatment history, invoice details, lawn recommendations, and support resources. This level of customisation helps our customers find what they need quickly and efficiently.

What’s included on My.GreenThumb?

My.greenthumb provides a seamless and convenient way for customers to manage payments online. They can view and pay invoices instantly, ensuring their account is always up to date. This feature allows for quick, secure transactions from any device, any time of the day (or night!).

Customers can also view upcoming lawn treatments at any time, easily keeping track of upcoming dates and services. There is also an ability for customers to let us know if a scheduled treatment date isn’t convenient, and submit a request for an alternative date*.

Customers will have access to bespoke recommendations made by an expert GreenThumb Lawn Operative during a visit. These will be presented under a specific ‘recommendations’ page in the My GreenThumb portal, where they can choose to accept the additional treatment and associated benefits.
