This offer is available to the following groups and applies only through participating GreenThumb branches:

• Existing Customers: Active GreenThumb customers who were considering cancellation but choose to continue their programme.
• New Customers: UK residents aged 18+ who sign up to a qualifying GreenThumb treatment programme during the promotion period.
• Returning Customers: Previous customers who rejoin GreenThumb by reinstating their treatment programme.
• Interested Prospects: Individuals previously in contact with GreenThumb (e.g., received a quote or consultation) who now activate a treatment plan.

The offer is limited to UK residents aged 18 years or over, available only at participating GreenThumb branches, and excludes employees of GreenThumb, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

3. Offer Details:

• Selection of Treatment:
  Only one of the following free treatments may be selected:
• Oasis
• NutraBooster
• Hard Surface Weed Control

The selected treatment is in addition to any treatments already included in your existing programme. For example, Oasis cannot be claimed as a free treatment if it is already part of your scheduled lawn plan.

• Applicability:
  The free treatment will only be applied to lawns or hard surfaces currently covered under your GreenThumb account.
  For Hard Surface Weed Control, the treatment area is limited to the equivalent area of your treated lawn.
• Conditions of Application:
  The free treatment must be applied alongside a scheduled lawn treatment visit.
  All applications are subject to weather and seasonal availability. GreenThumb reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unsuitable conditions (e.g. rain, frost, or high winds).

4. Redemption Limitations:

• One redemption per household during the promotional period.
• Duplicate claims or attempts to redeem under multiple customer categories (e.g., cancelling and rejoining as a new customer) are not permitted.
• Any breach of these conditions may result in disqualification from the offer.

5. Offer Availability and Validity:

• This promotion is valid from 18/07/2025 to 08/08/2025 or until further notice.
• GreenThumb reserves the right to end the offer earlier, either due to capacity limits or at its sole discretion.
• Offer is subject to first-come, first-served availability.

6. Limitations and Exclusions:

• The free treatment has no cash value and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or credited.
• Only applicable to current treatment areas registered with GreenThumb.
• Hard Surface Weed Control cannot be applied to areas exceeding the lawn area currently treated under the customer’s account.

7. General Terms and Conditions:

• Non-Transferable:
  Offer is not transferable to another person or property and applies only to the address registered with the customer’s GreenThumb account.
• No Cash Alternative:
  There is no cash or alternative reward available in place of the free treatment.
• Right to Amend or Cancel:
  GreenThumb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. Customers affected by any such change will be notified accordingly.

8. Governing Law:
This offer and its terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Data Protection:
GreenThumb will use personal data strictly in accordance with UK data protection legislation. No personal data will be shared with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. No Third-Party Affiliation:
This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform. It is solely managed by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.

Competition Notice:

1. Promoter:

• The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service, their families, or anyone involved in this prize draw or the random selection of the winner.

3. Agreement to Terms:

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

4. Entry Method:

·        The only way to enter is by becoming a new customer in June 2025 and booking a lawn treatment within the dates outlined below.

5. Entry Limit:

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted. Incomplete, misdirected, early, or late entries will not be accepted.

6. Competition Details:

• To enter, individuals must have booked a lawn treatment with GreenThumb between the dates outlined below.
• The competition will run from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025
• The winner will receive 12 months of lawn care treatments based on the GreenThumb Standard programme for a lawn size up to 200sqm.

7.Prize Details:

• The 12 months of treatments on the Standard Lawn Care package includes:

8. Prize Conditions:

• The prize is exclusively available to new GreenThumb customers only and is not open to anyone who has previously received treatment from GreenThumb.
• The prize applies only to the entrant’s home address and cannot be transferred to another person or address.
• The winner can "top-up" the treatment area if their lawn exceeds 200 sqm at their own cost.
• The prize is as stated, with no cash or other alternatives offered. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

9. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period, and verified by GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service.

10. Winner Notification:

• The winner will be notified via email or phone.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.  

11. Final Decision:

• GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law:

• The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Copyright and Publicity:

• The winner agrees to the use of their name, county of residence, and entry details in publicity material

14. Data Protection:

• Personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent,

15. Intellectual Property:

• GreenThumb Lawn Treatment Service does not accept responsibility for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights by entrants.

16. Cancellation/Amendment:

• GreenThumb reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

Terms and Conditions for GreenThumb Referral Programme

The promoter is GreenThumb Ltd (company no. 3304341) whose registered office is at Integra, St. Asaph Business Park, St. Asaph, LL17 0JD.

1. Eligibility: The GreenThumb Referral Programme ("Programme") is open to existing GreenThumb customers with a Live account status and an email associated with their account ("Referrer") who refer new customers ("Referee") to GreenThumb. *Previous or cancelled customers are not classified as ‘New’.

2. Referral Code: Referrers must share their unique referral code, which can be found in their GreenThumb LawnLove Rewards account.

3. Referee Requirements:

o The Referee must use the unique referral code at the time of signing up for a GreenThumb direct debit programme.

o The Referee must have a valid email address associated with their account to enable access to the LawnLove Rewards platform.

o The Referee must have their first GreenThumb lawn treatment and fully pay their first invoice.

4. Referral Reward:

o Once the Referee meets the above requirements, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a £10 credit on their LawnLove Rewards account.

o The £10 reward must be used for purchases within the LawnLove Rewards platform.

o All reward credits will expire 12 months after issue.

o Upon cancellation of your GreenThumb account, all rewards and credits will be forfeited, and the account credit balance set to zero.

o This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Programme Duration: The Programme is ongoing. GreenThumb reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

6. Reward Limitations:

o Each Referrer can refer multiple Referees but can earn a maximum of £10 per Referee.

o The £10 reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. LawnLove Rewards Platform: Referrers and referred users must comply with the platform's terms of service.

8. Fraud Prevention: GreenThumb reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any Referrer or Referee who engages in fraudulent activities or violates these terms and conditions.

9. Personal Data: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

10. Changes and Amendments: GreenThumb may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Programme after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. LawnLove Rewards Credit:

1. The promoter is: GreenThumb Chester Northwich (company no. 05355991).

2. The promotion runs from 24th January 2025 – February 28th 2025.

3. The treatments provided may exceed the £200 prize value depending on the lawn's requirements to achieve the desired result. In such cases: - Any costs beyond the £200 prize value may either be covered by the recommended person or, at GreenThumb's discretion, the branch may increase the value of theprize.
 - This decision will be made following an initial lawn analysis conducted by GreenThumb.
