I am emailing you to say how satisfied we are with the service that you provide through your operatives Steve and Sam.They are a couple of polite hard working young men who are a credit to you.
They have just left our property after scarifying our lawn having worked hard while here and have done a good job. The last time they were here we were on our way out to lunch celebrating Rosemary's 70th birthday and when we returned they had left a message saying how much they hoped that her special day had been a success! Thoughtfulness such as that is what separates a successful business from the rest.
