The Role

Requires a strong administrator with a passion for learning and development. Your time management skills should be top notch as you'll be assisting in planning our Green Thumb Academy learning schedule and all the associated tasks with this including managing our booking requests by phone and email. This busy role involves plenty of training administration so you'll need strong organisation skills with a keen customer focus as you'll be the main point of contact whilst the rest of the team are delivering courses.

Do you have what it takes?

Although past experience in a learning and development environment would be desirable it's not essential for this role but you must have experience of working to tight deadlines and creating and maintaining Excel databases. Educated to A Level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent you'll be team focused with great interpersonal skills to ensure we build and maintain effective relationships with our suppliers and that our delegates training experience is a positive one.

We don't stand still for long though so you must be able to demonstrate flexibility and versatility in your current working environment.
