About the role:
As a Customer Advisor, you will consultatively sell the GreenThumb range of products and services.  You will respond to enquiries and make outbound calls including cold calls.  You will ensure an ethical approach to customers is used at all times.

Main duties:

  • Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met
  • Make outbound calls to live, existing and cancelled customers
  • Offer help and advice and give a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ensure campaign targets are met
  • Act as an Ambassador for GreenThumb when representing and promoting the company
  • Handle all calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries and send any requested information
  • Enter accurate customer information is updated and maintained on the software
  • Provide accurate feedback on any trends in campaigns
  • Adhere to all standards and procedures
  • Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.

Salary: £17,550 (pro rata for part time hours) + performance related pay, pension, Simply Health scheme
Hours: Mon – Fri, 11.00 am – 7.00 pm Including Saturday’s on a rota basis
