The following questions are to help you in your personal assessment and suitability of becoming a GreenThumb franchisee – you should answer them honestly.

Does franchising suit my temperament?

Do I have the support of my family and do they understand the implications of running my own business?

Do I have the right skills, experience and strength of character to operate my own business, particularly in the initial stages of establishing the business?
Am I prepared to run my business according to the systems put in place by the Franchisor, or would I resent the Franchisor’s authority as my business becomes more established?
Am I experienced enough to handle the likely challenges involved in running my own business or do I panic easily?
Am I physically fit? Do I enjoy good health?
Do I have the drive to go out and communicate to total strangers that I have a product or service they need?
Am I strong enough to deal with human resources issues, for example, hiring and firing, making unpopular decisions in the interest of the business?
Am I able to deal with the stress of running my own business whilst relying on it as my sole source of income?
