Initial Training Course
Initial Training Course - 2 weeks
The Franchisee Fee covers the initial training of one person. A second
person may be allowed at the discretion of the Franchisor – approval to
be requested in writing. Additional personnel requiring training at this
time will have to be arranged with the Franchisor. This also applies to
NPTC training/examination.
The Training Course will include the following agenda items:
- GreenThumb Business Generation/Marketing
- GreenThumb Business Management
- GreenThumb Customer Care
- GreenThumb Manuals
- NPTC Training/Examination
- Training in the Method
- Fertiliser Technology
- Pesticide Application
- Lawn Health during the "Out of Season" period
- Turf Botany
- Professional Lawn Care Machinery Use/Maintenance
- Legislation relating to Lawn Care
- Staff recruitment/training
