Licence Fee:	£7,200 + VAT
Starter Package:	£19,300 + VAT
Total Fee:	£26,500 + VAT

Franchise Location Requirements:

This package requires the Franchisee to have a dedicated office for the operation of the business from the outset. This location may be from home or if preferred from dedicated business premises.

Start Up Package

• Initial Promotional Marketing Campaign, targeting the majority of potential customers in the area.
• Bespoke Computer System, including laser printer.
• Material Stock for servicing hundreds of lawns.
• Lawn Care Machinery and Equipment.
• GreenThumb Uniform, including PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Vehicle on Contract Hire, livered and ply-lined.

Initial Training Course

The Franchisee Fee covers the Initial Training of one person. A second person may be allowed at the discretion of the franchisor – approval to be requested in writing. Additional personnel requiring training at this time will have to be arranged with the Franchisor. This also applies to NPTC training/examination.
